Welcome to My Adventure!
Welcome to my new adventure! It has been happening in bits and pieces for the last 15 years or so – probably my whole life if I’m honest about it! I have spent most of my life wondering, learning and experiencing various aspects of this wonderful thing called LIFE!
In the process, I have come up with many conclusions that work well for me. This will be a place where I will share some of those gleanings and offer them to you.
You can check out the “About Me” section to find out more about me and you can subscribe to my blog to find out more about things that could help you in your life. I want to support you in being happy, successful and passionate about this wonderful life that you have!
It doesn’t matter who you are, what you believe, where you’ve been or where you’re headed. You CAN achieve the life of your dreams. Even if you don’t believe it now, know that I hold that belief for you until you are ready to claim it for yourself. I will be with you every step of the way until you are able to take those steps on your own.
For this first blog post, I’ve selected the picture of the Fool from Tarot. Whatever your beliefs about Tarot, the images from the Major Arcana provide a wonderful “photo-journal” of a human’s passage through life.
The Fool appears to be about to step off a precipice. Next to him is a little dog – is he also unaware, or is he barking a warning to his master? The Fool appears to be ready for a journey, with his belongings packed up in a sack over his shoulder. The number Zero represents the full potential, the spark of an idea just formed. This is where all things must start – the mind as a thought.
Just like the fool, I am off on a new adventure. I have left a lucrative career to follow my dreams. AND, more importantly, to be myself, to be the person I came here to be without having to change my personality or interests to be accepted. I know that with this comes risk – things I am interested in may not appeal to everyone, but I know that by being authentic, I will surround myself with the people that I am meant to serve.
So, once again, welcome to my journey. I don’t know exactly where it might lead, but I know it will be fun, exciting and full of growth opportunities for both you and me!
